On the ground floor there is a courtyard of exclusive property with table and chairs, outdoor shower and barbecue. On the second floor, balcony, kitchen equipped with table and chairs. One bedroom with double bed and closet and additional bedroom with 1 bunk bed and closet, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, for a total of 4 beds. Clothesline, broom, floor mop and cleaning products. No infants up to 2 years old.

ELECTRIC APPLIANCES: The house is equipped with 3 fans, 1 refrigerator, 1 washing machine, electric oven, stove, 1 hair dryer, 1 cooler, 1 iron and ironing board.

LINEN AND FINAL CLEANING (euro 100): The house is equipped with linens, towels, tablecloths, and kitchen linens.

ON REQUEST SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES AT PAYMENT: linen change, beach towel rental (euro 10 each), intermediate cleaning, babysitting, dinghy rental, bicycles and scooters.

PAYMENTS: deposit and balance by bank transfer, or credit card or Satispay or Paypal 

Euro 500 are due as security deposit at arrival, which will be gave back the last day of holidays.

The Environmental Stay Contribution is due.
