The flat is located in the centre of Sant'Antioco, in the upper part of the village, where there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and tourist info points. The beach of Is Pruinis is about 5 km away, that of Maladroxia about 10 km and that of Coequaddus about 13 km.

DESCRIPTION: The private entrance to the house is on the ground floor from which there is access via a staircase to the first floor where the flat is located. On the first floor there are: a kitchen-living room equipped with 1 sofa, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower for a total of 4 beds, a panoramic terrace with tables, chairs, deckchairs and outdoor shower. Clothesline, broom, mop and cleaning products. NO BABIES UP 2 YEARS OLD  

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. The house is equipped with 1 air conditioner in the hallway, 1 refrigerator, 1 washing machine, 1 electric oven, 4 burner stove, 1 hair dryer and 1 cooler.

LINEN AND FINAL CLEANING (euro 100): The house is equipped with bed linen, pillowcases, towels, tablecloths and kitchen linen.

ON REQUEST SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES TO BE PAID FOR: air conditioning (euro 5 per night), change of linen, beach towel hire (euro 10 each), intermediate cleaning, baby-sitter, rubber dinghy hire, bicycles and mopeds.

PAYMENTS: deposit and balance by bank transfer, or credit card or Satispay or Paypal

A security deposit of 300 euro is due on arrival, which will be returned on the last day of the holiday. 

The Environmental Stay Contribution is due.
