On the partly-underground floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower for a total of 6 people. 1 closed veranda, 1 opened veranda and a 180 m2 garden. Outdoor washing line, besom, rag. FREE WI-FI
Electric household appliances: the cottage includes air-conditioning, in the double bedroom on the partly-underground, 2 refrigerators with freezer, 1 washing-machine, 1 dish-washer, 1 oven, gas plate, 2 televisions, 1 hair-dryer, 1 picnic portable fridge.
LINEN AND FINAL CLEANING SERVICE cost (EURO 100): the cottage includes sheets, bath-towels, table-cloth and kitchen-cloth, duvets all included in the cleaning service cost.
ON REQUEST UP TO THE ARRIVAL all included in the cleaning service cost: folding beds, baby cots, security bars for bed, baby high chairs, baby bath-tubs, flat iron, and covers, all included in the cleaning service cost.
ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES TO PAY: air conditioning (euro 5 per night), heating (euro 5 per night), extra fan on hire (euro 10 each) electric stoves on hire (euro 50 each) linen changing (euro 50,00), beach-towels on hire (euro 10 each) cleaning, babysitter, rubber-boats, bikes and motorbikes on hire.
RENTAL PRICE
Euro 100,00 are due as compulsory cleaning service.
The prices are up to 6 people for a week (babies and children included)
The costs of water, gas and electricity are euro 10 per night
Euro 500 are due as security deposit, which will be gave back the last day of holidays.
