Welcome to Portoscuso, to a holiday home directly facing the sea, where every day begins with the sound of waves and ends with spectacular sunsets on the horizon.

The house enjoys a privileged seafront location, with direct access to the pedestrian street of the rocks: through a private gate you can reach Portopaglietto beach and Coco Loco's bathing establishment in just 3 minutes on foot (about 100 m). The house is located close to the historic centre of Portoscuso where there are restaurants, bars and shops.

For those who enjoy an even more authentic contact with the sea, it is possible to swim directly from the rocks just below the house.

Ideal for those seeking relaxation, crystal-clear sea and nature in the heart of south-west Sardinia.

DESCRIPTION: Kitchen-living room with sofa, table and chairs, private sea view veranda and balcony, 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes, 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to become a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, for a total of 6 beds. Windows with mosquito nets in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Clothesline, broom, floor mop and cleaning products. Gas barbecue.

ELECTRIC APPLIANCES: The house is equipped with air conditioners in the bedrooms and in the kitchen-living room, 1 refrigerator, 1 washing machine, 1 small freezer, microwave oven, gas cooker, 1 dishwasher, 2 hairdryers, 1 iron and ironing board, gas barbecue, American coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle.

LINEN AND FINAL CLEANING (EURO 200). The house is equipped with sheets, pillowcases, towels, tablecloths, kitchen linen.

SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES TO BE PAID FOR ON REQUEST: air conditioning (euro 5 per night), linen change, beach towel hire (euro 10 each), intermediate cleaning, baby-sitter, boat, bicycle and moped hire.

PAYMENTS: deposit and balance by bank transfer, or credit card or Satispay or Paypal.

A security deposit of 300 euro is due on arrival, which will be returned on the last day of the holiday.
