Terraced house with garden on the beach of Cussorgia in the municipality of Calasetta in the 'Villaggio Cala di Seta' residential complex. The village of Calasetta is about 4 km away.
On the ground floor: private garden with barbecue, outdoor shower, table, chairs and deck chairs. The first floor is accessed via an external staircase and has a furnished and equipped kitchen-living room with 1 drawer bed, 1 double bedroom and a small bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined and become a double bed, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet for a total of 6 beds. Clothesline, broom, floor cloth and cleaning products. No infants up to 2 years old.
ELECTRIC APPLIANCES: The house is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, electric oven, hob, 1 hairdryer, 1 cooler.
LINEN AND FINAL CLEANING (euro 100,00): The house is equipped with bed linen, pillowcases, towels, tablecloths and kitchen linen.
ON REQUEST SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES TO BE PAID FOR: air conditioning (euro 5 per night), change of linen, hire of beach towels (euro 10 each), intermediate cleaning, baby-sitter, hire of rubber dinghies, bicycles and scooters.
PAYMENTS: deposit and balance by bank transfer, or credit card or Satispay or Paypal
Euro 500,00 are due as security deposit at arrival, which will be gave back the last day of holidays.
