The flat is located in the centre of Sant'Antioco, a few meters from the Marina and the seafront.

DESCRIPTION On the ground floor: kitchen-living room with 1 sofa bed for 1 person, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, private inner patio with outdoor shower and barbecue. Private parking space in front of the flat entrance. (maximum car size: 400*174*146). Baby bed, high chair, safety rails for children and baby bath tub. Clothesline, broom, mop and cleaning products. FREE WI-FI - Infants up to 2 years old free.

ELECTRIC APPLIANCES The house is equipped with 1 air conditioner in the kitchen-living room, 1 refrigerator, 1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher, 1 electric oven, 1 microwave oven, gas cooktop, 1 television, 2 fans, 1 hairdryer, 1 portable refrigerator, 1 iron and ironing board.

LINEN AND FINAL CLEANING (EURO 100): The house is equipped with linens, towels, tablecloths, pillowcases, and kitchen linens.

ON REQUEST SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES AT PAYMENT: air conditioning (EURO 5 PER NIGHT), linen change, beach towel rental (EURO 10 EACH), intermediate cleaning, babysitting, dinghy rental, bicycles and scooters.

PAYMENTS: deposit and balance by bank transfer, or credit card or Satispay or Paypal

A security deposit of 300 euro is due on arrival, which will be returned on the last day of the holiday.
