Large private garden of about 950 square meters with internal parking, barbecue, outdoor shower, covered veranda and gazebo with sports equipment. To get to the house you must travel about 300 m of dirt road.

DESCRIPTION: On the ground floor: veranda-living room with double sofa bed, kitchen with kitchenette, loft with double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with shower. On the basement floor: 1 bedroom with double bed. Mosquito nets in all the rooms, external clothesline, broom, mop and cleaning products. FREE WI-FI - NO BABIES UP 2 YEARS OLD

ELECTRIC APPLIANCES The house is equipped with 2 air conditioners, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an electric oven, gas cooktop, a microwave oven, 2 televisions, 2 fans, 1 hair dryer, 1 portable refrigerator, 1 iron and ironing board.

LINEN AND FINAL CLEANING (EURO 150): The house is equipped with linens, pillowcases, towels, tablecloths, and kitchen linens.

ON REQUEST SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES AT PAYMENT: air conditioning (EURO 5 PER NIGHT), linen change, beach towel rental (EURO 10 EACH), intermediate cleaning, babysitting, dinghy rental, bicycles and scooters.

PAYMENTS: deposit and balance by bank transfer, or credit card or Satispay or Paypal

A security deposit of 300 euro is due on arrival, which will be returned on the last day of the holiday.
