Villa in the countryside of Calasetta with sea view at 4 km from Spiaggia Grande and 5 km from the town of Calasetta. Large private garden of about 950 square meters with internal parking, barbecue, outdoor shower, covered veranda and gazebo with sports equipment. To get to the house you must travel about 300 m of dirt road.
DESCRIPTION: On the ground floor: veranda-living room with double sofa bed, kitchen with kitchenette, loft with double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with shower. On the basement floor: 1 bedroom with double bed. Mosquito nets in all the rooms, external clothesline, broom, mop and cleaning products. FREE WI-FI
ELECTRIC APPLIANCES The house is equipped with an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a 4-burner stove, 2 televisions, 2 fans, a wall-mounted hair dryer, a cooler, a juicer and a blender.
LINEN AND FINAL CLEANING (EURO 150). The cottage is equipped with sheets, towels, tablecloths and kitchen linen.
SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES TO SETTLE FOR PAYMENT: air conditioning (euro 5 per night), linen change (euro 50,00), beach towels rental (euro 10 each), intermediate cleaning, baby-sitter, rubber dinghy, bicycle and scooter rental.
PAYMENTS: deposit and balance by bank transfer, or credit card or Satispay or Paypal
